Meet Macy
I’m Macy, an explorer of essence, artist of life, and spirit-led facilitator. I came into the world overwhelmed by generational trauma, along with the opportunity to transform old narratives of my ancestors with the most potent medicine, love. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been worth it. I spent much of my youth confused and disconnected, desperate for harmony in relationship with myself, others, and life. A complete abandonment of self in my twenties was the catalyst for a decade devoted to calling back all the lost parts of me, to restore wholeness, and get free from conditioning. I dove deep into mindfulness meditation, mysticism, yoga, intuitive healing, energy medicine, and artistic expression. I continued my exploration as an apprentice, where I embodied and learned to facilitate the somatic psychospiritual approach. My passion for harmonic relationships inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, where I gained the rewarding experience of connecting people through trauma-informed relational healing and a variety of evidence-based modalities. My path from dissociation to liberation, gave birth to the Embodied Soul Institute, where I share what I’ve learned and continue to learn from my teachers, mentors, experiences, with you, my supportive community of seekers.

"Why do you stay in prison when the door is so wide open?
Move outside the tangle of fear-thinking. The entrance door to the sanctuary is inside you."
